Millco Acquisitions LLC is a private entity specializing in commercial real estate investments. Our firm works closely with both private and institutional investment partners to acquire properties or invest in projects throughout the country. Our principals invest in all of our own deals. To date, the firm has acquired in excess of 70 properties representing gross investments in excess of $91 million. Our affiliated entities and investment partners own and operate a portfolio representing gross investments in excess of $600 million.

We are currently focused on projects whose values range between $2 and $40 million, with specific attention to both net-lease retail sale-leaseback portfolios and well-located manufactured housing and RV resort properties in Florida, California and Oregon. In addition, we are actively investigating a broad range of real estate opportunities.
