Alex Katz joined Millco Investments in June of 2007. Alex is responsible for various facets of commercial brokerage including site selection, tenant representation, leasing and land acquisition.

Prior to joining Millco, Alex worked as a leasing broker for both Maxim Realty and the Shiner Group. Alex's responsibilities included site canvassing, tenant and landlord representation and development assistance.

Alex is a licensed Real Estate Salesperson in the State of Illinois. Alex graduated from Lehigh University in 2001 with a degree in political science. Alex is currently enrolled at the University of Chicago, Graham School of Business, Certificate of Financial Decision Making program.

Alex primary focus is in land acquisition for retail development projects and tenant and landlord representation. Alex represents such retail tenants as Robeks Juice, Wing Stop, V-Tan, Salon and Med Spa.
