Jordan J. Kaufman joined Millco Investments in June 2004. Jordan is responsible for identifying investment properties for sale and the brokerage of those properties on a daily basis.

In his first full year in business, Jordan's hard work and dedication to the advancement of the Commercial Real Estate Industry were recognized in the form of a nomination for the 2004-2005 Rookie Retail Investment Sales Broker of the Year. The nomination was presented by the Chicago Commercial Real Estate Council (a division of the Chicago Association of Realtors).

Since June 2004, Jordan has successfully closed over 15 transactions for a gross volume in excess of $20 Million. Through his hands on approach, and his devotion to developing long-lasting business relationships with clients, Jordan has become proficient at facilitating Real Estate transactions beneficial for both buyers and sellers alike.

Jordan's main focus is concentrated on the disposition of net lease real estate nationally. His specialties include assisting sellers achieve top of the market prices through the marketing and disposition of net lease real estate.

Jordan is a licensed Illinois Real Estate Salesperson and will be pinned as a CCIM in October, 2006. Jordan graduated from the University of Colorado in 2003 with a degree in Communications. Jordan resides in Bucktown and is a native of Chicago, IL.
